How long does it take for me to get the proof of my job?
Most proofs are emailed to you with in 3-5 hours from placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders received on the weekend, or during Holidays, will receive their proof the following business day. 

How long will it take to get my order?
Most jobs are produced in 5-7 working days from the day you approve your order for production. This does NOT include shipping time.

How can I get my order even faster?

Most of our templates can be fully customized to your business needs. This means that once you place the order, and have requested to see a proof, you can at that point request any changes you need to be made to the product. Customizations can include changes to your company imprint, adding a logo, and any text or layout modifications you require to make this product your own.

Why do You need my Billing address?

Printing Options

Can I order 2-color Forms?
Yes, We do offer 1, 2 or full color printing. Most full color printing is done on the top part (white). parts 2, 3 or 4 (yellow, pink, gold) do print in 1 color black ink.

Can you print forms that are different than the standard formats?
Yes. As wholesale printers, we have seen them all. Not all forms are designed or built the same way. We will be happy to price your printing project for you regardless of it's complexity. If we are not able to fulfill your printing needs, we will be happy recommend you to someone who can.

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
No. We do not

charge extra for bleeds. How ever you do need to include 1/8" of design on the bleeding edge.

How do I order multiple pieces?
Simply place a separate order for each printed piece.

What kind of paper will my job be printed on? Forms are printed on recycled 20# paper. Business cards are printed on 80# or 12 point stock depending on the design & number of inks used Brochures are printed on 100# gloss text Post Cards are printed on 12 to 14 point card stock

All full color printing projects are UV coated unless instructed otherwise.

Forms with the last page hard manila cover?
If the last page of your multi-part form is hard cover, simply email us your printing spec's and if possible the file you need printed. We do print these types of forms all the time and will be happy to extend our wholesale pricing to this project.

Can you print your design with the hard manila backing?
Absolutely. Let us know which form you need printed with the hard manila backing and we will email you as estimate.

Printing Terms & Conditions on the back?
Back printing simply costs $18.00 per 1000 forms. Simply send us your terms and conditions and we will be happy to add it to the back of any of our forms or your own design. If you decide to add the terms and conditions to the back of your forms after you have placed your order online, you may have to make an additional payment for the back printing.

How well will proof match what I see on my monitor?
Most PDF proofs are simply used to review the content of the form. Different ink colors, shades, gradients do not show exactly on the monitor as they will on the end product.

If I send you a sample of my last job will you match the colors?
As wholesale printers we will do our best to match your new job to the previously printed sample, but WE DO NOT GUARANTY the match. There is no guarantee that the finished product matches the sample provided.

Is there a discount if I re-order my job?
No, All our prices are based on wholesale pricing. We offer you the best price every time.

Once a proof is approved we do our best to send all jobs to production so that they are shipped out within 5-7 working days time frame. There for in most cases, once the proof has been approved for production it can not be stopped or changed. Still, we suggest that if such situation accrued, call us. If the job has not Been printed yet, we will be happy to help.

Do I need to impose my custom design business cards 8-10-12 up?
No, send us a single layout including 1/8" for bleeds. We will do the rest.

Professionally Printed Products Guide

Work Order Forms : Work Order forms, also referred to as job orders or service orders are documents issued by a customer requesting work to be performed on a project or equipment.

Invoice Forms : Invoice forms are printed documents reflecting the details of a business transaction. These business forms can be printed on multi-part NCR (no carbon required) paper in 1 to 5 part sets, allowing you to have several copies of the same completed invoice.

Contractor Forms : Contractor forms are specifically designed for an industry's unique needs. Each contractor has their own specific types of forms they use to operate their business. These business forms are essential to protect all parties in case of future disputes, and vary widely by their use and content.

The paper industry has been known as one of the most unfriendly industries when it came to the environment. From removing precious natural resources such as trees to creating large factories to produce paper, while using thousands of gallons of fresh water for manufacturing the paper. From the end users point (the printer), print producers used very toxic inks & solvents in their production, most of these toxic solvents ended up in the sewer system and were released to the environment untreated. As the copy machine became cheaper and more available problems with, toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges, toner ink, ink cartridges, copier toner, became more of an issue, recycling these materials was not always easily available and the fact that they are generally used in a closed environment with a little attention to the air circulation caused unhealthy reactions in office spaces.

Fast forward 20 years. Due to new environmental regulation, high cost of fuel & electricity and limited resources of raw material such as suitable trees for producing papers. Paper mills have drastically changed their paper production methods, For every tree harvested, mills plant a trees Almost 100% of the water used for producing paper is recycled and reclaimed for treatment before released to the environment. Most paper produced in this country has a large recycled content. Printers have also cleaned up their act. Most inks used are soy based, most printers (not all) have a recycling program. Today there is a very large and easily available solvents list for use in printing which are biodegradable and made of natural products (thanks to high price of oil).

  • Recycling 100% of our waste paper.
  • Only using recycled paper in production.
  • Printing NCR forms using 100% recycled paper
  • Reduced the use of solvents by 95% in printing all forms and the little we use are not only biodegradable, but is removed from our facility and retreated.
  • All toners used at our plant are recycled, refilled and reused. Empty cans are sent to manufacturers for proper recycling
